The neck pickup on all Pauletta guitars is a Charlie Christian single coil, the one with the big magnets, made by CC Pickups in Great Britain.
Slaman Guitars has taken the original design one step further by introducing adjustable pole pieces on the CC pickup, allowing individual adjustment of string output while retaining the characteristic vintage CC pickup sound. This re-configuration of the pickup is done in-house by Dirk van der Meij.
Sometimes a pickup with a compensation for each string is used; this is the non-adjustable CC pickup.
Please note that no pickups are sold individually without a guitar.
